Returns

We want you to love your Zonja. piece! In the unlikely event that your item arrived damaged at your doorstep – we will accept it as a return and replace your item within 14 days of receiving your items back. If in the case that you merely change your mind or ordered un incorrect size we will offer you a voucher to purchase a piece that you love in the future.

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased through our online store.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags still attached, and suitable for resale. We cannot accept returns on items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Each returned item will be carefully inspected, and we will only proceed with returns that meet our standards. If an item is deemed unsuitable for return, we may send it back to you.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item using a reliable and trackable shipping method. If the return is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Items that have been altered or customized (including changes to size or measurements) are not eligible for return.
  • In the rare case that you receive a defective item, we will either replace it or offer you a store voucher. To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow the steps outlined below, and we will arrange a collection with our couriers. After inspecting the damaged item, we will either issue a refund or provide a voucher. If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will offer you a voucher instead.

How to Return Your Item

  • Notify Us: Please email us at zonja.clothing@gmail.com to let us know you’ll be returning your item. Be sure to include a brief reason for the return (e.g., sizing, fit) — we love hearing your feedback!
  • Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the item with all original tags and packaging, and include your name. Send it to:

Exchanges

If you’ve ordered an item in the wrong size, colour, or print, we’ll happily exchange it for you, subject to stock availability. Please follow the same return process and indicate if you prefer an exchange or store credit, rather than a refund. Once we receive your return in original condition, we’ll process your exchange or provide a store voucher.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Items purchased using a discount code or promotion (including Black Friday sales) are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for a voucher. However, exchanges will be considered if the issue is sizing and subject to stock availability.
